Cancellation Policy
At Pulver Premier Housekeeping, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-Day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future services from Pulver Premier Housekeeping. Refund Policy: Because cleaning and housekeeping services are completed upon arrival and performance, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service: Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We may offer a touch-up, partial refund, or account credit depending on the situation. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for: Homes with excessive clutter or conditions that prevent full cleaning. Services completed according to the original booking request. Areas unable to be cleaned due to safety concerns. Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Pre-existing damage or staining. Laundry Service Policy: Refunds are not provided for normal wear, shrinkage, fading, or manufacture defects. Customers are responsible for removing valuable and checking pockets before pickup. Missed Appointments & Lockouts: If our team arrives and cannot access the property within 20 minutes from the start of your scheduled booking, a lockout or missed appointment fee may apply.
